Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of babes-secrets.com (the "Site"), operated by Babes Secrets ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Adult products — age requirement

This Site sells adult novelty products intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is greater, to browse or purchase from this Site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products and pricing

We work hard to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, change prices, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. An order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order, and we will refund in full any order we decline or cannot fulfill.

Orders, payment, and shipping

Payment is due at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped as described in our Shipping Policy, and returns are handled as described in our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with the Site's operation or security, and not to misrepresent your age or identity.

Intellectual property
