Your satisfaction matters to us. Because we sell intimate products, our return rules balance customer fairness with health and hygiene safety.

Unopened items — 30 days

Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at babessecrets22@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including return shipping where a return is needed.

How to return

Email us first at babessecrets22@gmail.com to start a return and receive instructions. Unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.
