Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Babes Secrets ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from babes-secrets.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if provided, and order details. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full payment card number. When you join our email list, we collect your email address. We also automatically collect standard device and browsing information (such as cookies, IP address, and pages viewed) to operate and improve the Site.

How we use your information

We use your information to process, fulfill, and ship your orders; to communicate with you about your order or account; to send marketing emails you have opted in to receive (you may unsubscribe at any time); to screen for fraud; and to comply with legal obligations.

Discretion commitment

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with a discreet sender name. We never sell your personal information.

Sharing your information

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run our store — including Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and email delivery services — and when required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at babessecrets22@gmail.com.

Age requirement

This Site sells adult products. By using this Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
